General & Web Registration - All attendees may register via fax, phone or email or you can use our website registration. Registrants may pay by check, cash or credit cards. We will create customized reports and databases to meet your specific requirements.
Rooming List Management - We will coordinate and cross reference all rooms in the hotel and any other hotels used with the registrations provided by the client to make sure all rooms are matched with the appropriate attendees, working closely with the reservations department at the hotel and providing updates on a continuous basis.
Food and Beverage Planning - We will help in menu selections, budget, food tasting, preparing the BEO and Resume as well as on site management of all aspects of food & beverage including all meals, breaks, etc.
Banquet Event Orders (BEO) - We will work with hotel to execute the BEO's. After the details and pricing are decided on, the BEO's will go to you for final approval.
Audio/Visual Selection and Facilitation - Coordinate all the audio and visual aspects of your meeting to create a great production experience. All A/V needs will be sent to the hotel by us with your approval. Forms will be provided for all VIP's, speakers, entertainers and moderators to ensure that all their specific A/V requirements are met.
Speakers and Entertainment - We will provide speaker and entertainment options that best suite your meeting requirements, allowing you to make an informed decision.
VIP Treatment - We will coordinate all of the VIP's specific requirements.
Team Building Activities - We will plan recreational and other team based activities that best suite your company mission.
Off-Site Events & Activities - We will coordinate all off-site entertainment, events, spouse tours, dinners, dine-arounds and programs.
Print Coordination for Meeting Materials - We will arrange for the preparation and organization of all the materials necessary to ensure that your program will be well organized and efficient.
